The Site is an independent informational resource and is notaffiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the Department of Transportation (DOTr), or any government agency. We provide guidance only; the official lookup and any transaction happen on the LTO's own platforms, such as lto.gov.ph. We cannot process, release, expedite, or change the status of any plate, license, registration, or fine.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and for motorists seeking guidance on LTO services. By using the Site you confirm you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.

4. Use of content & licence

Content on the Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may read, print, and share links to our guides.
