Get in Touch

Have feedback or a question about our guides? Send us a message. We're an independent guide and can't access LTO records — for official status, use the LTO's own platforms.

We're an independent guide, so we can't look up, release, or speed up any plate or license. For the real status of your documents, always use the official LTO platforms:

We usually reply within a few business days. For delivery follow-ups, contact the LTO through their official Facebook page or hotline — never through unofficial fixers.
Follow us

Please don't send plate numbers, MV File Numbers, license numbers, or payment details — we never collect them.

What we can help with

  • Feedback or corrections on any of our guides
  • Suggestions for new LTO topics to cover
  • Questions about how a process described on this site works
  • Reporting a broken link or a typo

What we can't do

  • Looking up, releasing, or speeding up your plate or license
  • Checking your LTMS account or violation records
  • Processing payments, renewals, or transfers
  • Acting as a fixer or agent for any LTO transaction

Never pay through random links

We will never ask for your plate number, MV File Number, license number, IDs, or any payment. Beware of messages or sites impersonating the LTO — always verify you're on lto.gov.ph before entering personal details.

Before you message us

Can you tell me where my plate is?

No — we have no access to LTO or LTMS records. Use the official LTO Tracker and the SMS 2600 service, which we explain in our guides.

How long until I get a reply?

We aim to respond to genuine questions and corrections by email within a few business days. We can't expedite anything with the LTO.

My plate is delayed — what should I do?

Follow up through the official LTO Philippines Facebook page or hotline, or visit your LTO district office. Never use unofficial fixers.
