This Privacy Policy explains how LTO Plate Tracker("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit lto-plate-tracker.ph(the "Site"). We are an independent informational guide, not the LTO or DOTr, and we are designed to collect as little data as possible.

The short version: We never collect your plate number, MV File Number, driver's license number, government IDs, or payment details. The homepage tracker is a demo that performs no real lookups. The only information we receive is what you voluntarily type into our contact or newsletter forms.

We never ask for or store your vehicle plate number, MV File Number, driver's license number, conduction sticker number, Official Receipt (OR) / Certificate of Registration (CR) details, government IDs, or any payment information. The interactive tracker demonstration on our homepage is non-functional: it uses sample data, performs no lookups, and never connects to the LTMS database.

Information you choose to provide

If you use our contact form or a newsletter sign-up, you may provide your name and email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply to you or to send updates you specifically requested. Providing this information is entirely optional — you can browse every guide on the Site without submitting anything.
